I recently added the first and second trailers for 12 Strong (2018) which tells the declassified true story of the first Special Forces team deployed to Afghanistan after September 11, 2001.
Finally, I have something worth posting – and it is a little bizarre but also very awesome. The first look at the Untitled Deadpool Sequel, which is to be released on June 1, 2018. The mkv has a variety of audio options, including a 5.1 upmix and the original stereo in various encodes. Oh, and it is a Red Band trailer, so don’t watch it if it will make your parents sad. You can find those
We are now a month away from the release of The Last Jedi which means the summer movie trailers will be arriving over the next few weeks. January and early February are usually pretty quiet, but in the next month we will be getting Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, Solo: A Star Wars Story, and Avengers: Infinity War, to name a few.
Here is the second trailer for Black Panther (2018), which I think looks (and sounds) really cool. I had a bit of a delay getting this uploaded due to some network issues. The second trailer, with the official studio mix can be found at the Black Panther (2018) page.
A new version of Trailer 1 for Pacific Rim: Uprising has been added. The version is a “hybrid” using the front left and right, lfe, and surround channels from a non English official 5.1 mix. The center channel has been swapped to include English dialogue. You can find it at the Pacific Rim: Uprising (2018) page.
I will be adding the non English version soon as well, in addition to the French and Russian trailers of The Last Jedi.
Well, it has been almost six months since the first trailer was released, and now we finally have a new trailer for Star Wars Episode VIII – The Last Jedi (2017). I have to say, there is a lot going on in this trailer, and perhaps more than you really want to see. But it looks great, and I can’t wait to see it. So, if you are not afraid of spoilers, you can get the new trailer with 32 Mbps video and the official lossless 5.1 audio track at the Star Wars Episode VIII – The Last Jedi (2017) page.
We are just a little over a month away from the release of Justice League, and what is likely to be the final trailer has been released. Titled “Heroes”, you can find it at the Justice League (2017) page.
And if you have not heard already, the new trailer for Star Wars: Episode VIII – The Last Jedi will be released tonight during half time on ESPN Monday Night Football. I expect to get it soon after, and will have it up as soon as possible.
When an even more unstoppable threat is unleashed to tear through our cities and bring the world to its knees, a once-promising Jaeger pilot (John Boyega, Star Wars: The Force Awakens) is given one last chance to live up to his father’s legacy by his estranged sister, Mako Mori (Rinko Kikuchi)—who is leading a brave new generation of pilots that have grown up in the shadow of war. As they seek justice for the fallen, their only hope is to unite together in a global uprising against the forces of extinction.
Here is something that I thought would be fun. With the upcoming Blu-ray release of Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017) I put together a little “Get Ready For Spider-Man” clip for you to play before you watch the movie. I hope you like it.
You can get the MKV with 5.1 PCM, DTS, and AC3 mixes here (120 Mb). And the MP4 with AC3 5.1 can be found here (36 Mb).

If you have not yet pre-ordered Spider-Man: Homecoming you can do so at Amazon.com, here. Spider-Man: Homecoming will be released on Blu-ray on October 17th.
For those of you who were not happy with the up-mix from last week, I now have a mix using the music and effects tracks. You can find it at the Annihilation (2018) page.
I am expecting Universal to release the first trailer for Pacific Rim: Uprising within the next 24 hours. I should be able to post it rather quickly. Please note though, unless Universal has changed their ways, the source will be stereo. If you want to see it on the big-screen, your best bet would be to catch a screening of Blade Runner 2049.
From Marvel, we may have the first trailer for Avengers: Infinity War, the speculation ranges from right now to early next week. We will have to wait and see for that one. Releasing it with Thor: Ragnarok (2017) would also make sense.
Another trailer expected on Monday is the second, and possibly the last one for Star Wars Episode VIII – The Last Jedi (2017) after Mark Hamill tweeted that you should watch Monday night football on Oct 9 – for no particular reason. The tweet was deleted shortly thereafter. Take from that what you will.
Finally, I am expecting the second trailer for Marvel’s Black Panther (2018) sometime soon. It has been almost 4 months since the first one, and we are just a little over 4 months from release.
Today, Paramount released the trailer for Annihilation (2018) with a HD master that contained a stereo soundtrack. I am not sure if that is the way they plan to move forward, but I don’t recall only a stereo track being provided by Paramount in the last few years. I have uploaded four files for this trailer, containing a variety of options. Two mp4 files – one AC3 stereo and one with an AC3 5.1 upmix. And two mkv files – one with PCM, DTS, and AC3 stereo and one with PCM, DTS and AC3 5.1 upmix tracks.
Since this is the third studio in recent weeks to offer stereo only it makes me wonder if there has been some pressure from a large theatrical chain to ensure that there is some exclusive content for the theaters. That might be far fetched, but I would not be surprised.
If you are from a movie studio and happen to be reading this, I want you to know that the people interested in 5.1 trailers are probably your ideal audience. They are not interested in watching crappy pirated copies of movies filmed with a cell phone. These people go to the movies, and purchase blu-rays. They have a desire to watch the trailer for your film in the best way possible. These are marketing materials, and this is a platform that is providing marketing for your film, at no cost to you. Why not make the most of it?
Sorry for the rant. Head over to the Annihilation (2018) page to get the best versions of this trailer available on the internet.
