From Universal: Christopher Nolan’s next film, The Odyssey, is a mythic action epic shot across the world using brand new IMAX® film technology. The film brings Homer’s foundational saga to IMAX® film screens for the first time and opens in theaters everywhere on July 17, 2026.
If you were disappointed by the poor quality 2.39:1 official YouTube upload from earlier today, you are about to be very happy. I have for you the 1.85:1 aspect ratio in 10 bit HEVC video at 64 Mbps with 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio. There are also 8 bit AVC encodes as well. Unfortunately, I do not have a 4K version, and I never post 4K upscaled from HD. But check back in the coming days, I am pretty sure I will get it.

I have added the extended versions of trailers 1 and 2 for Mercy (2026) starring Chris Pratt and Rebecca Ferguson. This film really does look like a wild ride, and with these versions of the trailers you get to see a little more of it. The down side is that the audio is stereo and not multi-channel. But the aspect ratio is 2.22:1 and the video quality is at my usual standard HEVC 64 Mbps. You really do get an appreciation for the difference multi-channel audio brings when comparing them. For example, the gunshot in the beginning of the second trailer comes from the left rear in the 5.1 version, but on the stereo version is in the front center when played back in Dolby Surround using my AVR.

The Testament of Ann Lee (2026) stars Amanda Seyfried as Ann Lee, the founding leader of the Shaker Movement. The film opens in limited release on December 25, 2025 and is scheduled for wide release on February 20, 2026. I recognize that this is not the type of film that post trailers for – mainly because the number of people who download the trailer is usually rather small. And since I put the same amount of effort into it, I usually have other trailers to feature that will appeal to a wider audience.
Personally, I rather liked this trailer; and while musicals are not usually my go to choice for a movie this one looks interesting. You can get the trailer at The Testament of Ann Lee (2026) page.
Today I have some trailers for a film that seems to be running under the radar – but looks like a total adrenaline rush. Filmed for IMAX and other Premium Large Format screens, Mercy (2026) tells the story of a detective (Chris Pratt) who is charged with the murder of his wife. Set in the near future, he is put on trial by the Mercy system, an AI judge (Rebecca Ferguson) that he had a role in creating. Strapped into an electric chair he has 90 minutes to prove his innocence to the AI, or he will be executed.
To go along with this is some crazy intense looking action sequences. There are enough cars doing barrel rolls to make Michael Bay blush. People falling off buildings, hanging from helicopters, all kinds of intense things.
Trailers 1 and 2 are available in HD, with a 2.22:1 aspect ratio (1920×864). All the usual video and 5.1 audio formats are included. You can find these at the Mercy (2026). Mercy (2026) is released by Amazon MGM Studios and will be in theaters on January 23, 2026.

Steven Spielberg’s new film Disclosure Day (2026) had its first trailer released online yesterday. If you have not yet had a chance to see it, it is a little unsettling. So go download it and load it up on your biggest screen to see what it is all about.
Disclosure Day (2026) is based on an original story by Spielberg. The screenplay was written by David Koepp. The film stars Emily Blunt, Josh O’Connor, Colin Firth, Eve Hewson, and Colman Domingo. Disclosure Day (2026) will arrive in theaters on June 12, 2026 in what is shaping up to be a busy summer at the movies.
I do not yet have a 4K version of the trailer, but it is scheduled for an IMAX release so an IMAX trailer should by 4K. It looks as though the IMAX version will be 2.39:1 as well.
I have a few more things to post before the holiday break, including the year end wrap up. Who doesn’t like stats?

As mentioned a few days ago, today I have the 4K IMAX and 4K Scope versions of Supergirl (2026) with the full 5.1 audio track. The IMAX version is entirely in the 1.90 aspect ratio, however many of the scenes are the same as the 2.39:1 version, just cropped on the sides to make it 1.90. These are mostly shots that are close ups and indoor shots. Exterior shots – including the image above, have additional image area on the top and bottom when compared to the 2.39 version. I am assuming that the IMAX presentation of the movie will have a mix of both aspect ratios instead of cropping the 2.39 shots.

Today we have a trailer that is not exactly new, as it was released few months ago. In fact, I saw it in the theatre when I went to see Tron: Ares (2025), and I loved the unique look as well as the nice bass heavy sound track. As the title of the post indicates, I have the 4K IMAX version which is in the 1.89 aspect ratio; and I also have the scope version in the 2.39 aspect ratio.
As usual, I have cropped the black bars so that those of you who use anamorphic lenses or 2.40 screens (or employ masking) instead of 16:9 can utilize the full wide screen presentation. Of course, if you are using the 1.89 IMAX then that is best suited for a 16:9 screen.
In case you are wondering, I quality control and watch the trailers I post on this site using a projector on a 108 inch screen. Recently I upgraded from a Sony SXRD HD projector to the Hisense C2 Ultra – Triple Laser 4K projector. The Bride! (2026) is a Warner Bros. film, and Warner Bros. dropped the first trailer for DC Studios Supergirl (2026) earlier today. I have uploaded a 1080p version with stereo audio. I will have 4K and IMAX versions with 5.1 audio soon. You can find it as that link.
With Avatar: Fire and Ash (2025) coming next week, we will see the first trailer for Avengers: Doomsday. I am all set to get it to you, but I am hearing that there may be multiple theatrical exclusive versions. I play be the rules, so even if I get it, if it is not widely available on the net, I will not post it. In fact, I have two trailers for The Mandalorian and Grogu (2026) ready to post. But they are not yet released on the net. By the net, I mean YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc. So, if you want to see it, check out Zootopia 2 (2025) in the theater. One is made for IMAX, and the other is not.

Another 3D trailer for you today, this time Trailer 1 for Disney / Pixar’s Hoppers (2026), starring Piper Curda, Bobby Moynihan, Jon Hamm and Dave Franco. As you will see in the trailer, Hoppers (2026) is about a young woman who uses some nifty tech to transfer her consciousness into a robot beaver. In doing so, she is able to learn quite a lot about the animal world.
The first trailer is available in 3D Full and Half Side by Side, and if you are not looking for 3D, I have the 1080p 2D in HEVC 10 bit and AVC 8 bit video. Hoppers (2026) will be in theaters on March 6, 2026.

I was not going to post trailers for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie (2026) because I ran into issues with Nintendo® during the first film – I think they had an issue with me using the likeness of Mario® in the screen shot and got all uppity about trade mark infringement. So, I will try this again…but I do plan to take this down by the release date of the film because I don’t want any legal issues with Nintendo®.
That said, I now have 4K and 3D versions of Trailer 1 available. They may go away sooner than planned, so don’t wait. The 4K is available as a 10 bit HEVC or 8 bit AVC. The 3D is available in full and half side-by-side. They all have 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio soundtracks.

A few new trailers have been released for Project Hail Mary (2026). There is a longer on-line version of this trailer, which I will also upload, but it only has a stereo soundtrack. This shorter version has a 5.1 audio track, and is the fourth to be added to the site.
Written by Andy Weir, the author of ‘The Martian’, Project Hail Mary (2026) tells the story of a science teacher Ryland Grace (Ryan Gosling) who goes on a one person mission to save the sun from a mysterious force that is killing stars across the galaxy. Along the way he meets an alien, who he calls ‘Rocky’ because he looks like a rock. Will they be able to save the Earth?
Trailer 4 gives us a glimpse into some of the interactions with Dr. Grace and Rocky, as well as some really fantastic and colorful space scenes set to a rendition of Oasis’ “Champagne Supernova”.
